I wanted to buy a slatwall product by Gladiator, which Home Depot carries, but I found it cheaper on Amazon and a Home Depot Store in Oklahoma City. A polite woman took my call and said yes, that they would price match Amazon, but since it was not an in-stock item I would need to pay for it first for it to be ordered for me. So I went to the store today to pay for the item. The girl at the customer service counter asked her overweight, balding manager (I should have gotten his name) if they could price match Amazon, and his response was a very loud and very rude "Of course not!". Regrettably, this is all too typical of the "help" you get at Home Depot, which is why I usually go to Lowe's. It is telling that while Home Depot shows itself as having a five star rating on its own website, other review sites rate it as barely over one star. When my office manager called the store to complain, she spoke to a manager named "Jay", who was even more rude to her than the guy in customer service.

Frank in plumbing is the one redeeming quality about this place 5 star guy. Every time I come here customer service desk sucks. One young lady and one older man are helping customers.the other 3 people are looking at the sky. 5 minutes later someone ask if I'd been helped then it was like they were coming out of the woodwork to see about me. Last time I came here I waited twenty minutes to load some cinder blocks everyone wanted to check my recipe, (how the hell do you steal 25 cinder blocks without anybody noticing . no I haven't got them yet and yes I paid.ask at least 3 times) Can I see your reciept but nobody wanted to load my stuff. Then some twit came by because I was standing in the isle, was the manager. He checked my receipt like everyone else. Still no help. I went to Lowe's

Yesterday sunday 10/15/17 i had bad experience in this store i went for a price much with lowes i talked to the cashier about she was very nice and she said she needs approval from someone so she called scott i think i cant remember his name fo help as he saw me he told me what store you want to do the price much with i said lowes i have the zip code of the store and everything ready he told first no we cant do for detergent and then he said no we cant do it at all he wasnt even sure about what is he saying but just giving me excusea i told him that i know the store policy and i know that they do price much with lowes unless you dont want to do it for .and he said exactly i dont want to do it ,i was so upset and made the way he was talking to me is so rude he didnt even take the time to ask someone else who knows better than him and took my cart and walked away the cashier appologized for me and i left the store .thanks to the cashier for her profesionalism .when i asked about this guy they said he is the head cashier i thought he was the store manger at the begining overall it was bad experience i will never come back to this store and will let all my friends and familly know

Pretty standard Home Depot. Always had pretty good service and such.

customer desk staff were top notch. they got me squared away in minutes and were efficient in their processes.
