I like a good hardware store. But then most men do. I sold hardware for a living when I first got married. I really enjoyed it. If you are looking for that particular screw that you need for your car, or if you are looking for the right tool to fix that leaky pipe, this is your place. Come on in and wander through the aisles. You'll find lots of things you need.

Good selection of hardware. Reliable keys made. Also a good place to get basic gardening supplies and plants.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been coming here since i was a teenager. Of course the prices are slightly higher than big box stores. But the employees are wonderful. And have gone out of their way to assist me MANY times over the years. I even signed up for the rewards card for this store. And i absolutely despise those things.

I drove past Lowe's and Home Depot to come to this hardware store in hope of better customer service. However, I didn't find it here. I wandered around for a while, toddler in tow, struggling to find the items I needed. No one asked me if I needed help finding anything-- but then again there didn't seem to be any customer service employees in the store. I eventually went to the front to ask the cashier if someone could help me find some items. "What are you trying to find?" I listed one of the items. "Did you check aisle 20?" I told her I did, but maybe I missed it. Walked back to check again. Still no help. By this time we had been at the store for almost 45 minutes, my toddler was impatient, and I was running late. So I just left my items and walked out without purchasing anything. The only advantage this place has over a big box store is it's smaller size (easier to get in and out) and (possibly) proximity. In my experience, customer service is equivalent or worse than big box and it certainly doesn't have the lowest price or biggest selection.
