I usually do not leave review but I am going to leave one now because it is well deserved. Rob in Tool Rental has been the most helpful associate I have ever worked with in my life. He answer all my questions and was extremely helpful. To be honest, most of the time associates at retail stores are not the happiest and not the most customer service helpful but Rob has been more than helpful to me when I need help with questions o a 10" grinding disk. He was very patient with me and just extremely respectful over all. I have a Home Depot closer to my work but I prefer to drive a bit further to get the help I need. Extremely great customer service from Rob in Tool Rental !!!!!!

As always I enjoy going to Home Depot sometimes it's a little hard to find someone to help you but other than that great place to waste time on the other hand I met a really nice guy there who is a contractor going to finally get some stuff done met him at Home Depot

This Home Depot is an AM/PM version of the larger stores around the United States. The city of Upland allow them to build the structure on the parcel but made a stipulation of having extended parking. By doing so the floor plan and the floor space for merchandise was reduced to almost two-thirds. That being said, you cannot find everything that you would find at a standard Home Depot store because they do not have the Shelf space and they only put in the store things that are high moving volume items. It's a struggle for me to go to the store when I know that there's a very good chance that they're going to be out of it or they don't carry it because they don't have the available space to merchandise it. I find myself having to travel further to another Home Depot and in some cases Lowe's to complete my shopping needs for the projects that I work on. Finish work carpentry or any other high-end projects I end up buying at Lowe's when I have to go down to Foothill Boulevard in the first place or I go to the Fontana stores that are fully merchandise than both stores. The store has been a complete disappointment since its Inception.

Home Depot has most of the stuff I use for work. This store in Upland is the best staffed and stocked in the area. Good access from 210 Freeway@Campus. Lots of food close by.

The manager Gary is very great with customers. Greets at the door, and very helpful. I come here everyother day, and never disappointed when I come here. Docs Garage Werks
