Purchased a Hoover Carpet scrubber and it was used and the box taped back. Nothing in the box had been rechecked because even the styrofoam packaging was empty of its items. It cost money for me to travel to and from Home Depot. None of which I will be reimbursed, then to know that what I bought was used in someone else's home and I'm not sure on what. Is very disgusting. Home Depot must do better on checking returns. I'm so infuriated right now.

Went in to purchase flooring. George from the flooring department was extremely helpful and competent in what we needed to complete our project. He went out of his way to go above and beyond.

Home Depot always has what I want and the one in New Rochelle has a very nice staff. Always a pleasure.

Nobody was really helpful. Just the bare minimum. The only one helpful was the man collecting the shopping carts in the parking lot. Believe it or not.

I find this store to be well organized, clean and easy to navigate. It is unlikely that any one employee will recall the location, price and precise application of all products sold at Home Depot. While I find the staff helpful, I also take the time to research items of interest, prior to visiting the store which increases my chances of having a positive experience.
