The Hot Tub Factory Outlet has be a wonderful support in keeping our hot tub up and running. The company is helpful, friendly and fair. If you help with your tub or have yet to enjoy a hot tub stop in and get fixed up. Jump in, you'll love the heat.

If you run into a problem with something you buy from the owner of Hot Tub Factory outlet, don't expect him to show up to fix it or honor his word.  Our new hot tub cover failed after less than 2 years even though we were told it would last 3 - 5 years.  Set up several appointments for him to come see the problem.  He didn't show up for any of the appointments, no phone call, nothing.  Totally left us hanging.  When called to ask what happened, he said he was busy.  Apparently too busy to bother calling.  Have since taken our business elsewhere.

Love this store! Staff are very friendly and they don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. I highly recommend this store to everyone who want's great service and a great product.

I was so pleased at the help I got from Dennis and staff . They were so helpful even though I was only purchasing chemicals but I was shocked at how awesome this place is and how huge the inventory is
