Started using Waterscapes for my pool service after a horrible experience with the "other" guys in Roseburg.. What a difference! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.. Extremely helpful and caring. They make you feel like you're part of the family. They are a little more expensive than the other pool service company in the area, but they are worth every penny! In this case, you really do get what you pay for!

They are knowledgeable about most brand spas. They also understand what the chemicals do and don't try to sell you products you don't need. Free water tests also

We already had a spa when we moved here so we haven't dealt with them on one of those. However, we have been buying our supplies there and they have been very friendly and helpful.
