I had ordered a vest a couple months ago. Vest was to big so it was never worn with tags still on. A lot of things came up that were pretty tragic in my life so I never got around to returning it. I asked if I could get store credit knowing full refund was out of the question. They still said no. Which is crazy to me to not even get in-store credit on an unused. I won't ever be shopping here again for a company without understanding and good customer service is not one to shop with

Bought ski pants from here last year. Order was back ordered. Received my pants but the button didn’t work so they sent me a replacement. New pair of pants are just as bad. Every time I move or bend the buttons come undone. Super annoying. I left a product review on their website but noticed they don’t show it. Just you know if you read reviews on their site they supressed the bad ones. Pretty lousy. What’s the point of leaving reviews.

I've ordered from The House a lot as I like that they are close enough to receive my orders within a couple of days. This week though, I contacted them for a recommendation on bindings, I knew the bindings that I wanted, but wasn't sure what size I needed. I contacted The House and asked for advice. I told them what boots I was riding and they told me I definitely should go with a large. I received them today and they are too big! Plus it looks like they were not new, black marks inside the white bindings, foam all creased. Now they want me to pay for the return! I'd be happy to if I had just taken a chance and ordered, but I contacted the store and asked about sizing. I bought the size I did solely on their advice.

Before this, I had bought a pair of boots for my son. They were K2 BOA boots and the right boot broke. The House told me the boots had a warranty but the lacing system did not. Luckily, I decided to contact K2 who informed me that BOA has a lifetime warranty and to try contacting that company, which I did. I got replacement parts from them. Unfortunately, the way they broke would not allow me to use the replacement parts. So I had to contact The House again and finally got them to back the product and replace them, but I had to get the right person. I get the impression that not all of the customer service reps care about customer service.

Sure they have a lot to offer, it's what brought me to the site. I have a budget and not much money. I bought a pair of cheap boots, hoping they would be the 'one'. They were not. I tried them on at home and walked around in them and they just didn't fit right. I looked up the return policy and they don't assist with it what so ever! BEWARE before you buy! Boots and other items need to fit perfectly. They are a huge company. I don't see why they could help the little guys out. So after they received my shipment back, I was credited for the boots but not the shipping. This I knew, but I called customer service to see if this could change. No. It's a strict no. I lost over $20 giving this company a shot. I will never return.

Good selection of gear. The main store was well stock with ski and snowboard items. The outlet is further back on the road, had a great selection of bikes, apparel, and camping gear. Prices are fair, the outlet prices are awesome. If you don't see something in the store that is on their site, ask someone and they can check if they have it in their warehouse. Staff knows there stuff but aren't always available. It would be neat to see some female staff though.
