I love shopping here! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They have a nice selection of ski equipment and clothing and their prices are fair. I bought my Daughter a new pair of ski boots for Christmas, they didn't fit so we had to bring them back and exchange them, unfortunately they didn't have the same pair so the sales girl exchanged them for a pair that were a $100 more for the same price! I didn't ask, she just offered the discount. I was so impressed, THAT is good customer service!

NOTE! Do not purchase anything unless you have enough in your account to cover 2 or 3 times the original cost. We placed a large order, and my girlfriend was charged 3 TIMES. They told us it was the banks fault, however, we've read a number of other reviews from people having the same experience. I've ordered tons of gear this year, and other random things online, and this has never happened. Wasted so much time on the phone with terrible customer service, offering no help. It took 8 days to remove the charges, unacceptable. 

Avoid at all costs, much better to check out other local shops or give your business to Amazon.
