We are a privately owned Mountain Inn located in the High Country of North Carolina. We feature room accommodations, a spa, a restaurant, and a bar. We specialize in events of various sizes and are open year round. Our location allows for quick access to either Boone or Blowing Rock. We are able to assist our guests with golf reservations, tennis reservations or fly fishing opportunities. We offer numerous packages that can be tailor fit for any type of visit. This quaint, historic Inn was a great overnight stay for our family. We loved the main building and the uniqueness of the floor plan. We stayed in Winter so the fireplaces we're all warm and cozy. The appointments were all nice and our room was in good shape but in need of some minor repairs. We loved our private balcony and the comfortable soaking tub after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was also a nicely arranged spread. We will return!

This place was something out of a Horror Story. Just to get to the Inn you have to drive very dangerous Mountain Roads. I'm talking roads with no Guardrails and hairpin turns. Then you have the challenge of finding the Inn. If you miss it your in for a surprise. To turn around on the Mountain Roads is next to impossible. 
The Inn itself is outdated and depressing. Your room has a 20 year old TV. If your lucky it may work. Everything else in the room is from the 70's, Old and Older. If you like walking steep pathways, carrying your luggage up and down stairs, this is the place for you! Your hike to the pool will just about kill you. Its down a steep mountain path that is not accessible to the handicapped. 
Bring your wallet because your going to need it. To start with you have to pay to park. Remember, your already a Guest, but they charge you 5 dollars a night to park!! Everything that you buy is taxed. Some of the taxes I never heard of. 
If your in the Mountains of Boone N.C. and you pass a Place called The Inn at Crestwood,  Keep Going!! Buyer Beware!!

We found this location through Groupon- it was my first "getaway" purchase and I wasn't sure how nice it would be. Our family of 4 stayed in the Hawthorne Cottage and it was incredible! Plenty of space, loved having a full sized kitchen which saved a lot of money instead eating out everywhere. There was plenty for the kids to do on the property.   The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although driving up the mountain was scary.....we loved that the entrance to the Inn was road level and not steep!

We enjoyed our first Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant.... I've never wanted to eat "out" for our holiday before as I was afraid that the home cooked quality would be lacking.  The Thanksgiving dinner at "The Table" at Crestwood Inn was a wonderful surprise! We enjoyed wine outside before dinner and the evening was much better than I ever anticipated... everything was delicious, the view was great and the service was very attentive without being intrusive!  I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

The room is very clean and the king size bed is really big.  The pool and sauna are nice. There's also games to play such as foosball, ping pong, and Cornhole.  Staff is very welcoming.
