Beautiful cold place had to ask for the fireplace to be turned on. The rooms are extreme small and the bath was interesting the laboratory faucet was busted and it sprayed out everywhere. The shower head only let a steam of water out. The do it yourself coffee machine worked sometimes and sometimes not. The restaurant was very disappointing very poor service. The front desk people were our most refreshing experience. The spa area is like a hotel indoor pool and you have to walk up a incline to get there. No one cares if your a small medium or large your robe is what ever it is.

Top notch spa. Beautiful views from the lounge. Hair, nail, pedicures, massage. Spa has weight room, pool, two hot tubs, saunas, and steam room. Great staff. Nice changing rooms. World class spa. Spa meals are good. Rowland's Restaurant is first class. Staff are very friendly, very well trained. Delicious American cuisine.

A good spa with workout facility. The rooms in the main house are a little dated but very nice and clean. Great food.

My girlfriends and I had the most memorable time at Westglow. We stayed at the Fleur-di-Lis cottage, and the home was very clean, had beautiful views, and overall a perfect home for a get away. Service was outstanding from the first call I made to gather information to the end of the trip where they called us for forgotten belongings. Spa services were exceptionally mind-blowing, attendants constantly tidied the facility and paid attention to the needs of the guests. Our hiking guides, Bruce and Gwen, were very knowledgeable of the area and made the hike even more rewarding. Rowland's dinners were served in the main house where the food was top-notch. There was plenty of staff and everyone was always ready to help in all ways. Will return with the hubbies next time.

Amazing setting...Thanksgiving menu not spectacular and no cards by warming stations to indicate food..expected more for the cost.
