Always a great experience here at Panapolous Burton Street. Love my cut and blowouts with James and you can't go wrong with waxing services from Migenna!

The stylist here are very clingy and new employees seem to not be welcomed.  Some employments will show how they are irritated and be mouthy at times.  They have spa, waxing, products, make applications, and anything do to with hair.

I would not go back to this place. I'm sure it's fine for a cut or if you do color with a more experienced stylist. I gave 2 stars because was able to make an apt on short notice and the employees were all very nice. This salon has a level system where you pay more for a stylist with more experience. So I chose a level which was a mistake on my part I suppose but I didn't expect it to be as bad as at was. He applied the foils to my hair and immediately after applying the last foil, he rushed me to the sink to rinse it all out because he said the first foils really needed to come out. Usually they leave them in once they've applied at least 15-20 min. The color came out so bad at my roots he tried to prime it to fix it (for an extra charge) but it still doesn't look good. He said my issue was using box color prior to this but i wish I had just stuck with box color rather than paying $157 for this. I've gotten my hair done at several different places around town and this price is only slightly more expensive but at least they include a blow dry other places and more importantly I leave feeling good about my hair.
