 We stopped in one day to look for a new couch and met Josh, who walked around the store explaining all the couches we were interested in. We picked one out but wanted to shop around to be sure it was the one. We went back and forth, stopped in several times, and asked tons of questions. Josh was always extremely helpful and patient as well as really knowledgeable about the couches and fabrics. We had a minor miscommunication about something and they were quick to correct it and take care of us without any issues. They genuinely care about their customers happiness with the product they make. Our couch is beautiful.  We looked at so many places and none of them were close to the product here. That along with the customer service made our experience here absolutely wonderful. Everyone we met while making our decision was helpful, patient and engaging.  We are officially customers for life. If I need another couch I won't be going anywhere else.
Oh, and the turn around time from when the couch was ordered is 2 weeks or so, unlike the 8-10 weeks we were hearing at other places 😱.

This place is the best of the best hands down. Not only is the quality tier 1 but the customer service is peerless. The turn around time is not 8-10 weeks (restoration hardware) which is amazing as well. Seriously just buy all of your furniture you ever need from here because not only are they awesome and the quality is astonishing, their products have great range in design and it looks...Just perfect.

Love The Joneses! I'd been looking for a sofa for awhile and found one there in 5 minutes. The owners are so nice and friendly. They were extremely helpful when I had follow up questions. There was a small issue with the cushions and they fixed it in a day. So happy I found them and will be back there soon.

We loved the experience of buying our sectional from The Joneses, and were thrilled with the finished product.   The showroom is laid back and offers lots of selection.  Margot and Johnny both helped with ideas about color, style, size.  Most importantly, they helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and needed.  Then they were able to make the sectional to our  specifications at a completely reasonable price.   So the sectional fits our space perfectly, the fabric combines midcentury vibe with a great match to our color scheme, we were able to combine functionality, comfort and design in EXACTLY the balance we want.   We couldn't be happier.

Went with a friend who moved in the area.
He had his eyes on this store from day one.
It is a very nice store, indeed. wide selection of Beautiful furniture.
Staff was very courteous, not pushy and spend the right amount of time to answer our questions.
He bought a sofa, coffee table for now.
