If you have any questions or concerns, management will be rude and inconsiderate. When you call them out for being rude they will defend their unprofessionalism. Doesn't seem like they care about their tenants. 
I'm very shocked how I was treated. I was treated very poorly just for asking questions and trying to gain understanding of certain documents. They literally brought me to tears from their actions and I'm not sure what I did so wrong to receive this kind of treatment. They told me I was being unreasonable, so I guess we're not allowed to ask questions. I guess tenants are not supposed to understand their agreements. I don't feel comfortable being a tenant here and it's disturbing how they allow managers and supervisors to be so aggressive and rude.

I love the Lodge! I've never been so happy to live at an apartment complex as this one. There is a great community here, maintenance is so nice, and the employees at the clubhouse are always helpful and quick to assist me and my roommate. They're pet friendly, which is awesome! And they always have fun community events to get us involved and engaging with our neighbors. 
I have few bug problems, even living on the first floor and if there is one, maintenance is always quick to come spray around the apartment. 
The only thing I wish was better was the Lodge bus. It only runs until 5:30  and is pretty small so sometimes it feels like a really small orbit bus. If they could get a bigger bus and have the bus running a little bit later, that would be great!

My son lived there...never again....Bugs, odor,  slow to fix anything. They show you one and you live in one that looks NOTHING like it.  They had a leak that took months to fix appropriately.  Then charged him an overage for water.  The closeness to downtown is NOT worth it.

I recommended living here to my friend and they try to fine her with $2000 damage fees on a room she had never been in before.
