Wow - where do I begin?  I ordered a log bed from the company earlier this year.  This is a big item so I knew the 6-8 week order time might be longer but I was ok with that.  The problems started with trying to get anybody on the phone for help after they take your order.  I had 3 phone numbers for them - 2 had different hours from the 3rd phone number and you could not leave them a message- on ANY of them!   I finally got through to the only person who seems to ever work there - on a Saturday - and she became my only lifeline to getting information on my order.  
   My order finally came! I was excited to put everything together but guess what?- NO DIRECTIONS! When I called my lifeline at the company there were supposed to be directions online but they couldn't find them either! 
   I put the bed together with basically the picture I saw online from the store which was ok in hindsight because I think I got it right but you would rather have the directions to make sure you are doing it right as you go along.  
   We are VERY happy with the product - we ordered the bunk bed over a futon.  The futon never came with the bed and we were worried about that too but it finally came separately.  The futon is awesome and comfortable.  
   Bottom line - very happy with the product - not the process - this company obviously needs more help in the front office - more than on Saturdays for a few hours.  Luckily this is a once in a lifetime purchase and its over!

Yes, you may have to initiate communication to Milt and I have personally gone to the store to pick things up, but their products are top notch.  I have found Milt to be cordial and at least the guy makes a 10 out of 10 product.  I find his business practices to be fair and once you buy a product from him, it will last beyond your lifetime.  Victor at the warehouse is top notch-an excellent right hand man for Milt overseeing production.

Be patient is my advice...Looking at the reviews I was hessitent, so I started with a small order the Rocky Mtn. Barnwood Vanity with the reclaimed top, mirror and faucet. I ordered this vanity for my "Man Cave" and I was quite pleased. It actually came in their time they stated. After that, I wasn't hesitant to order the birchwood cabinets with the birch bark accents. Just a note, they were half the cost on what I was quoted locally. This was ordered on 9/16/17 delivered today 01/02/18, a little over 15 weeks stated 6-10 I believe. They look awesome, I will get them instated and put the counter tops on and post the pictures. 
They make a well built quality products, but it may take a little longer then stated. I believe they mean well but over loaded. If you are time sensitive then you may want to go else where but I believe if you are looking for a custom built to order product then this is the place. So give them a chance and some extra time you'll be glad you did.

I did have a good experience with this company.  Yes, communication was not the best but someone did contact me within a few days. I was very nice to them when communicating.  I received my order in 5 weeks from ordering. Absolutely beautiful tables!!! I do recommend this store if you have the time to wait.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order.  These are real reviews because I'm now dealing with the same experience these people are talking about!  I placed my order on April 21, and here it is July 8, and nothing has come yet!  I've called several times, and sent e-mails and I've gotten no replies at all.  I have no idea what their customer service is like, because no one will call me back.  I actually have peace of mind after reading these reviews now that this must be a real company and eventually, hopefully a beautiful piece of furniture will show up.   But I was really starting to believe this was a fraud company and I was going to have to get my credit card company involved.  Now if the owner replies to this it will be the first reply I'll have gotten from anyone at this company, so I'm looking forward to hearing from someone!
