We had a surprise retirement party here for our mom on Saturday and everything was wonderful!  The manager, Brian, was great to work with - always got back to me right away and was so helpful all throughout our planning.  Our servers, Tavon and Whitney, were top notch.  All of our guests received excellent, quick service from them.  People raved about the food, and many of our guests had never been there but said they loved the space and will for sure be back.  Overall, an excellent night and I would highly recommend The Loop West End for an event or for any occasion!

Great food. Great service. Very fast and friendly staff. A couple dollars overpriced for food I think. The atmosphere is very nice. Patio is huge, but if you can't get a spot outside the "garage doors" open up and you pretty much have a seat on the patio if you are just inside it. Gives a nice breeze without being in the sun. The corner area on weekends become a dance floor with a DJ that has a decent turnout.

Brunch here is good. The breakfast sandwich is great and you can get it with cheesey hash browns! The hash browns come with ketchup, which is probably a treat for some people. They have a smoked salmon eggs benedict too, which was good, but the egg was cooked a little more than expected (not runny, but not hard). They have a bunch of beer on tap and $4 bloody Mary's at brunch. It's a huge space, so large groups would probably be an option. They have huge garage type doors covered in windows by the front that are probably spectacular during warmer months. Have been here twice now, would definitely come back.

The mac and cheese here is amazing. Good place to watch the game. I love their menu!

Brent the bartender is amazing.  All the bar staff is great!

The music they play on Saturday nights has improved a lot!
