The staff knows their stuff. Unilateral machines are great. Two Squat rack plus a smith machine, I rarely have to wait for equipment. The free weight section is a bit cramped, but most times throughout the day it's not a high traffic area, so it's manageable. Steam room and massage chairs available for use, and supplement king on site with great prices. They do not have a dip belt on site, but you can bring your own. Dumbells go up to 200.

Top notch facilty with great owners. Supplement shop inside with a shake bar and massage chairs and steam rooms
