I used the Mason Group to fill two entry level Financial Analyst roles.  I cold have used LinkedIn or a job search site, but I simply don't have time to filter through hundreds and hundreds of responses.  

I reached out to the Mason Group and they put eight really great candidates in front of me fairly quickly.  The two people that I hired are top notch!  

It was worth every cent to use the Mason Group.... great people placing A players.

I made the transition professionally into corporate recruiting approximately a year ago. At the time I was making my decision I had opportunities at multiple firms but to me The Mason Group was the only firm that offered the total package and most opportunity for growth and development. Being new to the industry I knew I needed the backing of an established successful brand to help build and carve out my identity and reputation within the space. The Mason Group name carries a lot of weight within the GTA market and has been a driving force behind allowing me to get acquainted with both candidates and clients alike. Also, the firm leadership is full of experienced individuals who have built reputations as being some of the best recruiters in the GTA.
