I’ve had several unpleasant encounters at this RBC branch. The most recent one was unacceptable. I went to get more information regarding different transactions that appeared on my account. The lady had an attitude, was rude, and was unwilling to asssist me. Very unprofessional for someone employed to provide customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

This is the worst of all RBC branches, I have dealt with couple of branches in Scarborough, downtown and North York. I honestly don’t know what to call the guys that work here, unprofessionals or  incompetent professionals.

This has been my bank branch from the day I opened my bank account at RBC. They have Freud my staff and offer good customer service.

This location has really friendly staff. Parking is easy to find and easy to come by TTC. The location is great.
