In this branch some dumb specialists working, who is getting experience because they are new workers. Recently I deposited cheque to my business account in this TD branch (Steeles and Dufferin) by one lady specialist. She get paranoid and told me that your account is new your cheque will be hold during 5 business days. This lady considered that one year old business account is new :) That’s why she put hold 5 business days. I explain her that this is not first time I am getting cheque from same company. It didn’t hold before, except first time it is reasonable. Anyways I don’t recommend to anyone to go this TD branch. There are a lot of new workers working. Today I call to speak their manager she told me that nothing I can do. Anyways this branch doesn’t serve people probably.

I enjoy going to this branch. 
Fast service and such courteous staff! Seems like a very happy work environment which in turn makes it a pleasant place for customers. Keep it up!

Clean, quick, and friendly, atms are new which doesnt need envelopes to deposit.  Accepts 50 bills at once for deposits

Went in at 750pm, when I finally got to the front at 810pm I realized I forgot something in the car. Wouldn't let me go run and grab it and come back. Not sure why I should stay to do half the job when I just have to go somewhere else the next day.
