This nine hole par three golf course and short iron practice range was constructed by the Army core of engineers in 1960. The longest hole is 160yds up hill, Many of the holes play to the 110yd to 130yd range. Tavern 27 is regarded as one of the better restaurants in the state and serves as the Club House. Beer, Wine and full liquor are available in the Tavern and on the course. Jade Trace translates to "Green Walk"
