The Oaks at Vernon Hills -Luxury Apartments are absolutely awesome! I lived there for 1 year and had impeccable customer service. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Additionally,  the common areas were cleaned daily and smelled wonderful every time I walked in😄. The events they hosted were quite fun as well. Highly recommend living here!

Not sure where all these bad reviews come from about the Oaks. We recently signed a lease and couldn't be happier with the customer service they showed us. We even had our son with and they showed no signs of negativety towards him. (Like previous reviews).Also the reviews of the so called bait and switch tactic are false, we were offered July rent free with no security deposit! Complete surprise to us, being I was planning on first month rent and full security deposit due upon moving in like most rental companies. Thank you for your kind customer service and professional staff and we look forward to our move come June!

We just renewed for a second year, as we are downsizing and in-between homes. We have found the property, staff and facilities exceptional. It's well maintained, has nice amenities and very quiet for us living in a townhouse. I've read the negative reviews posted and honesty I don't see it myself. My recommendation is that you should give the Oaks a look for yourself before moving anywhere else.

I have lived at The Oaks for 6 months and could not be happier.  The property is maintained impeccable, office staff is always professional, helpful and super friendly every time I talk to them.  The apartments have really nice finishes and the amenities are the best compared to other communities I looked at.
