The Ohio Statehouse has housed state government since 1857. This magnificent Greek Revival structure was started in 1839 and completed in 1860.
As a legislative government agency of the State of Ohio, the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is charged with maintaining the historic character of the Ohio Statehouse and Capitol Square, while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in and visit the complex. Additionally, as the administrator of all Ohio Statehouse social media platform sites, CSRAB has established the following posting guidelines for all Ohio Statehouse and CSRAB branded social media platform sites.
