Firstly the receptionist was extremely pleasant.  My appt was with Asuka Murata who was extremely thorough and very nice.  Have an appt 10/16 for procedure..very pleased with my experience today.

Of course this is't the type of experience that most people want to share with others and it is't easy to quantify as a good or even a great experience but it was pleasantly easy once I got to the facility.  I've been in there 2 times for two different types of procedures and the worst part was drinking the not so bad prep liquid the day before instead of solid food and using the bathroom a lot.   :)  The staff are very professional and friendly which makes the whole experience better.  I'm glad I had the procedure because they removed some polyps which turned out to be safe and told me I could wait another 10 years before coming back again.  I highly recommend them.  Don't wait for two reasons. Our  40+ year old daughter had a colonoscopy done and they found a very aggressive cancer and removed it. She has to go back every 2 years and also because the facility is really booked out several months in advance.

Alright, what they do there is difficult to discuss.

Just have to say, if you got to go, go here.  The staff is outstanding and makes the experience the best and comfortable as possible.  Dr Reddy, the nurses, and Jenny the anesthesiologist are fantastic.  Almost makes me want to do it more often than every 10 years.  Almost...

PS - add all flavor packs to the 'drink', you'll need it.
