It's a great place with a nice warm environment and plenty of seating. The staff were great, they were very friendly and attentive. The food was very nice also. Definitely on my list of places to go back to.

Don't know about the app? You are not getting a table. Getting seated in this place is a nightmare. I could explain the experience, but I'm exhausted from trying to do so. Just trust me, its collusion on the highest level. Ended up leaving after an hour waiting (I was quoted 30-45 min). In the words of my 87 year of grandmother waiting with me, "This place can kiss my ass." No pancake is good enough to wipe the nasty taste this place left in my mouth. Lost my business forever.

Went to the area on business, the place was highly recommend. I was in town for 2 days both days i went here.  I was early so I beat the rush both days.  The staff was fast, food came out quick!  I got the 49er flap jack and the nova scotia scramble.  I still think about it. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

OPH is very popular, so there is always a wait. The wait on the weekends will be longer than during the week. But the food is worth it. Everything is really good and it is almost guaranteed you will leave with leftovers.

The customer service is so rude I stopped by today and was waiting to be seated there were 5 employees standing at the front talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring my friend and I. I came here to try something new but that did not happen. This very rude girl seated us and after waiting for about 20 mins no one ever came to take our orders. I decided to leave. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD.
