Excellent experience in both the Newton and Sparta offices, this includes Dr. Wu and PA Lindsay R. who both took their time to review every detail about my concerns. This included a very thorough exam and blood work. I am so happy I chose them as part of my new health team.
I was referred to this practice by another Dr. I went in with a huge chip on my shoulder. I was in a lot of pain and had been dealing with 3 failed surgeries from 3 years prior. Dr. White was patient, understanding and spent the time to make sure I fully understood everything. He answered all my questions. I have had 2 corrective surgeries done by him that have turned out beautifully. I also see Dr Wu and Lindsey from the rheumatology dept. They rock as well. They took the time to figure out my type of ailment. In fact, everyone I have delt with from the office staff and nurses to the people on the phone have been great. Thank you EVERYONE!!
Very nice, explains things well, and has patience. He was very professional and I like that he took the time with me to explain what was going on with my foot and how we can proceed if need be. I hope he becomes a doctor. He seems very dedicated to his profession.
I decided I needed a specialist to manage my arthritis. It is a progressive disease and needs constant attention. Dr. Wu. helped me to manage my pain very effectively. We work as partners in this. His staff has been wonderful and handled what paperwork was necessary promptly. The staff also took time to listen to me. I lost my daughter during surgery in April and I need a tremendous amount of support and empathy. This was freely given by Dr. Wu and his staff. On the more practical side the office is convenient for me to reach as I live in Wantage. Some of the specialty doctors I use are right there as well. I am very pleased with Dr.Wu and his staff, They are just what I need right now.
I visited Dr. Castro at the Sparta office and Dr. Wu at the Newton office. I am greatly impressed by the entire process I experienced. From the reception, nurses, NPs and especially the doctors. Their intense and concerned care was a great relief and I highly recommend The Orthopedic Institute of NJ to all. Thank you
I visited their Newton location and I do not believe I have ever gone to a doctor's office and had such a pleasurable experience. From the reception, to nurses, to Dr. White, all staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Will not be my first choice ever again. The appointment time was their idea and I still waited 45mins to be seen. There's also way too much personal conversation between employees, at least wait until the patient leaves.
I highly recommend the orthopedic Institute of NJ the doctor was very helpful and understanding to my situation and what's going on 100% satisfied waiting on mri to determine what is the next step to my recovery.
Lindsey Roessler, PA-C is the absolute nicest person. The entire office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Dr Dundan and the staff were absolutely awesome. I received full consideration, patience, and professionalism from each individual I spoke with. I felt in good hands.
