We came by for a small coffee and a quick snack. The drinks were pretty good, and the snacks (variety of baked goods) were alright (except for the dulce de leche soft cookie with coconut -- super amazing). The biggest issue was the service. The young woman felt the need to "educate" (aka rant on evil corporate) my partner on how irrelevant sizing is when he questioned how much coffee he would be getting for what he would be paying. After I asked about a stack of donuts they were selling (they looked like Apple cider), her answer was a bit confusing, mentioning information about the vendor next door. I replied, "Oh, they look like apple cider." She replied, "As I just mentioned..." in a frustrated tone that took me aback. She doesn't seem to actually like working in a customer service oriented position. I'm sure the owner is incredibly pleasant and kind, but this young woman put a damper on the whole place. We definitely won't be returning.

Great selection of goods, but the service is terrible. Very poor and condescending tone from the service I received.

The Pantry has nitro cold brew, craft beers, and decent decor.

We went to the one at the outpost at Cold Spring Apothecary We were 3 Italians: so bad espresso and cappuccino we couldn't even drink any of them! Really BAD!!!

The staff here is incredibly friendly. While my friend and I were looking around, the owner took her time to chat with us. There is a great selection of craft brews and other local items. The tea we had was delicious. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
