Prompt and helpful maintenance. Very accommodating and kind staff. Beautiful kitchen counters. Nice amenities to include showers for the gym, a fire pit outside, and an impressive community relaxation and game area that is part of the leasing office building. Slightly pricey but worth it. Leaps and bounds above some of the other apartment options in the Bel-Air region. Very convenient location towards other shopping, work, nature trails, and transportation hubs. Great recycling program and I have had plesent experiences with my neighbors. Highly recommended.

The apartments themselves and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Pricey but energy efficient and really nice. Just do yourself a favor and if you decide to move here, do not move into a first-floor apartment with one of the fire alarm boxes against your wall. The things have malfunctioned so many times since I moved in (one time for FIVE days straight) and now have been on "Disabled" settings for weeks. Not quite sure how safe that makes me feel for the money.

Once I found out they approved a sex offender as my neighbor I tried to get out out.  They told me it would cost $8k to get out of my lease.  The new management is lazy and for as much as they charge they are not worth it.  There have been multiple overdoses in the last few weeks.  It started as a great place and became overpriced and horrible.  Do not move here.

This apartment complex simply seemed like the best around. While it was $100-200 more expensive then surrounding apartments, the amenities and aesthetics seemed to make it worth it. All the buildings are almost brand new, and the apartments are very nice. With all of this you would expect it to be safer and nicer than the surrounding apartments, but you would be wrong.

 I live in building 105, and this building has been horrible since I moved in. The residents of apartment 102 have been a nuisance and have yet to be evicted despite cops coming to their apartment WEEKLY. Last week a narcotics unit stormed apartment 102 at 5:30am and busted down their door waking everyone up in the building and blocking off the road. The week prior the man living there was beating his girlfriend in the hallway and was arrested. Also almost daily it smells strongly of weed on the first floor in the early AM and I can smell it all the way to the third floor. Despite all of these incidents, and Winter's Run being aware of these problem residents due to the police... not once have they issued a statement on what happened or what would happen to these residents. Let me save you the trouble and tell you they still are living here with there revolving door of guests and drugs.

 I had such high hopes for this place, and I am severely disappointed. To think this is the building directly across the park from where children are playing, and children live in this building! The lack of action on the management's part is ridiculous. You expect more when you pay this much, but now I have to wait it out till the end of my lease to leave this drug den.

Hello there.  My family and I are just about to hit our one year mark.  Time has sure flown by since we have moved here.  If you are interested in the Winters Run let me say that I have been very impressed with Troy and his staff.  They are top notch.  Their customer service is one that can be  a benchmark for other organizations.  The front office and maintenance staff are always courteous and responsive.  The playground is great for the kids and rec center is awesome.  I enjoy stopping in to get a cup of coffee and see who is around and to stop and chat for a bit. Folks are very neighborly.  The first impression has been a lasting one for my family.
