I visited this location 2 times. Both unsuccessful with obtaining my passport.  Both times treated as if I had a 3rd eye because my trip is in 3 months so they felt it was OK to waste my time.  This place is not helpful if you are proactive with getting your documents taken care of. I came with everything the first time said i had incorrect birth certificate and if my travel date was sooner then they could accept it... Second time I had moved and had update for still valid enhanced license again would not accept because of my travel date.  They pick and choose what they are willing to do, my time is valuable people!

Fast and efficient. Exactly what I needed.  Would recommend. Elvis was a pleasure to work with.

Update:  I used this service for passports and travel visas for my family to China.  Everything arrived and was in order exactly on the day that Elvis predicted.  I have to assume this is the result of his experience and not luck.

Sloppy service! Down to the wire and still NO passport 

Went to this location 3 times each time the information changed. Final straw is after paying the fee and watching them check my paper work and tell me everything was correct. 

Getting to the court house and being told a doc was expired! Which they should have noticed!! Really not experts or professional.

After speaking with the same court clerk twice I'm going to take his advice and go to the dept of state office directly.

Hopefully I can still get my passport in time!
