Town Hall is a bustling artistic and civic hub. Every season, we bring hundreds of writers, musicians, researchers, artists, and activists to Seattle. The very heart of our programs is the act of coming together. To listen, to be heard, to learn, to be inspired. Annually, more than 100,000 of you do just that—coming together for programs that reflect and further our region’s best impulses: creativity, empathy, and the belief that we all deserve a voice.

This year, Town Hall in a neighborhood near you as a part of our Inside/Out season. Our iconic First Hill home is closed for a top-to-bottom renovation, but we aren’t turning out the lights—we’re turning Inside/Out. All our programming is pouring out of our historic halls and into communities throughout the city.

Inside/Out is going to transform us as an organization. We’re using this season to become more inclusive, more collaborative, more relevant than ever. Not a bad start in the house. Good acoustics. Inexpensive. They bring in the people you want to hear speak! Nice large part to park lot next door too.

We went here to see Lore, which is a great podcast we've been listening to for a couple of years now. The show itself was great. The seating was a little uncomfortable but ok. The main problem is that this is not a "modern venue" from what the lady told us when we entered to pickup our tickets. We assumed we could just show the tickets from our phone and that was it. Nope. It's 2017 but these people are so far behind in technology. To make it worse, she had a smart attitude with us the whole time she was looking up our tickets on her system. "It says right there on the ticket to print at home", is another remark from her. As if we could see that tiny writing from all the other writing on the ticket. Very rude. Also, it was $2 for a regular sized can of Coke which was lukewarm. $11 for parking.

Good place to be on top of nowadays situations in the community or choose your are of interest from many presentations and event they have there. Parking may be an issue as anywhere else in Seattle. Arrive earlier if the event is scheduled during the busy hours.

Great venue. Beautiful stained glass windows. Was perfect for seeing Lore podcast live. My only real criticism is pews for seating, very uncomfortable.

lovely venue with a variety of educational events from across disciplines. I love the "feel" of it, with it's wooden church pews and well let stage, which fits perfectly with any of these events. typically beer wine coffee and snacks are available for a reasonable price
