Beautiful and very clean store. This is not your typical "pet store"!  Working in the veterinary field I am skeptical of pet stores and have seen the bad side but, The Pet Store is owned and operated by very knowledgable and caring people.  They are full disclosure meaning any inspection they have had is accessible to the public. They have a clean record! If you are going to have a pet store...you want THIS pet store in your neighborhood. I highly recommend and trust them. As an animal lover and working in the veterinary field for 20 years, I know they are good and honest people. This is their life.

The Pet Store isn't like any other "pet store" you would know. The attention their staff give to the animals is nothing short of loving and caring. At any time you can see the cleanliness of the animals and their environment. This family owned store is very particular with where the puppies begin their life, and I can assure you, a puppy mill is not supported.  I cannot thank you, The Pet Store as a whole, for fulfilling my home and heart with the sweetest family member I could have ever asked for. My baby will be 13 years old next month. Thank you for providing to me a beautiful loving dog, Dana Kay

Edit: new evidence has come about CONFIRMING that these dogs are from PUPPY MILLS and that they are selling sick animals and the staff is uneducated. Even I myself saw baby hamsters being eaten alive in this store before and staff did nothing. This establishment is run by incompetent staff, not a single person has actual knowledge. We were offered a “gift card for pet supplies” to shut us up about the sick animals we were sold....... the animals that died right after we got them....why would I buy pet supplies for my dead animals? And why on earth would you be silly enough to think I’m going to come back to your facility to spend any money after you KNOWINGLY sold me sick animals?! I can’t wait for this place to go out of business!

Nope. Went to buy two hamsters and wanted to make sure I was buying a boy and girl. Staff wouldn't tell me which was which "in case they were wrong." Which tells me they are not knowledgable about what they sell. I took my best guess, was wrong. The store refused to exchange the Male hamster for a female the very next day. "Unless of course it dies within the week and you bought vitamins". The staff also was so busy complaining about management they had no idea what was going on. Overpriced, and won't be back.

This year our dog Daisy will be 10! She's been a pure delight to our family! Daisy was my Mother's Day /birthday present - My husband feel in love with her at the Pet Store. She's happy & healthy and has been the most loving dog. 

My kids and I enjoy trips into the shop to visit the other puppies, bunnies, fish and to pickup a treat for Daisy! We always look forward to our stop here! The staff is very friendly and helpful! It's great that they let you play with the puppies there and even offer a donation jar to help the CVAC - great way for one business to help give back!

The remodel to the store looks great! It was busy as always when we were there yesterday. We were put on a short list to pet a puppy and they require a small donation in return for puppy play time. Always so nice to go there when feeling stressed to play with the animals!
