I heard about Kvell from friends. They were right, it's great! I love the 45 minute workout times, which are very manageable with a busy work and kid schedule. I love that I just have to show up and do the exercises that are laid out for me in the specific time allotted. I don't have to think about whether I should be working my arms today or my legs. Brett has it all figured out and organized. I am amazed at how much stronger I feel and I have only been working out 3 months! Brett and his staff are friendly and helpful and so are the people that workout at Kvell. This is truly a place for beginners to athletes who want to improve their health!

Group fitness is usually not been my thing. However, I thoroughly enjoy that aspect of working out at Kvell. Staff is great and the workouts are challenging and fun to do. Of course success comes not only with the classes, but with the lifestyle coaching that is provided. In 4 months I have lost 25+ pounds, lowered my overall body fat %, and increased my overall health. Nutrition and 10,000+ steps a-day have keys to this success. I would recommend Kvell to anyone looking to improve their overall health. Expect to work hard and see results! UPDATE - 12/17 Do to various things, I stopped coming for most of 2017. Gained back 30 pounds (after I lost 25)! I started in September and have been hitting it hard since. I will not stop this time. Kvell is totally work the expense for a healthy mind and body!

Kvell is great. Brett has it figured out. The workouts are effective, efficient and safe. The program is suited for people just starting to improve their physical fitness all the way to highly trained athletes looking for the added boost to their training program. The program's three levels of intensity or difficulty for the various movements in the workout make it adaptable to your level of fitness and specific workout goals. The atmosphere in the gym is high energy and extremely friendly. The program can really be life changing.

I have been a Kvell client for two years and have been very pleased. The workouts are challenging and I appreciate how they are individualized based on your abilities. Classes start and end promptly, and 45 minutes is easy to work into your schedule. I love how the coach will pay attention to each person's form and offer appropriate corrections. The environment is very supportive. I have never been a fan of exercise or been able to commit to a fitness routine, but Kvell has changed all of that! I go three times per week and have lost 15 pounds, gained muscle, and dropped nearly 10% body fat!

This gym is absolutely amazing. The quick 45-minute work outs are so manageable and convenient with my schedule, not to mention they kick my ass every time, in a good way! I love starting my day at Kvell. The workouts have helped me build and maintain a foundation of strength in my body, that enhances my yoga practice, and keeps me embodied and mindful. Brett has done a wonderful job at creating a place to get connection with community, while getting a quality work out at the same time. Thanks for your passion and encouragement! :)
