Arbor CrossFit is proud to say our community ROCKS! We have the best CrossFit coaches and athletes you’ll ever meet! It is our mission to offer the best possible service aimed at helping everyone of all fitness levels improve their quality of life. Our community-based strength and conditioning fitness programs have been proven effective and deliver unparalleled results.

Arbor CrossFit is a wonderful place to work out but it is also a great place to meet people and socialize! The owners take great pride to ensure it is clean and welcoming environment. They strive for constant improvement and it's very noticeable when you are working out because new techniques or exercises are worked into the programming.  Plus, they invest in quality equipment regularly like the recent addition of ski ergs! If you're new to CrossFit, I could not recommend a more welcoming place to start. There are specialized intro classes and every coach is willing to work with you to find the right modifications to fit your needs/abilities. The added bonus is the people! I've made great friends with people at Arbor and no matter who you are or how fast you are going, there is always someone there to encourage and cheer you on!

Seriously, this place is the absolute best! The coaches are wonderful and genuinely care about your fitness journey. You are constantly given the tools and knowledge to become a better athlete, and the fellow athletes are encouraging every step of the way. I highly encourage personal training (shout out Maria) because the coaches will help you achieve goals you didn't think possible. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or a newbie looking to shake up your workout routine, you won't regret coming to Arbor!

I started at Arbor in 2013 and have been a member ever since! I have felt welcomed and supported from the coaches and community since day one. I have made life long friendships at Arbor and I am thankful for this box ever day! I have improved so much as an athlete with the support of this community and awesome coaches. I would recommend Arbor to anyone at any fitness level. Arbor is great because they scale to any ability level. If you are looking to get in shape and have lots of fun doing it, Arbor is the place for you!

I love this gym. It has something to offer every person. Beginner classes, weightlifting programs, endurance classes, structured and varied programs. The skilled coaches are there to push and motivate you but also having the goal to keep you safe. Can’t brag enough how clean and tidy the place is. The owners are very friendly and professional. So if you are thinking about trying crossfit, take the jump and go to a free drop in class. I did and haven’t regretted it 😃

Arbor CrossFit is hands down the best box I’ve been too. I’ve been going for 4 years and have made friends for life because of this community. The coaches go above and beyond. I love how every workout can be modified to each athletes needs. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and everyone is encouraging to help each person achieve their goals. Which I love!! I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. If you’re looking for a great workout with amazing people look no further!!
