One of the best bike shops I've been to in Seattle! As a lady cyclist, it's very refreshing to visit a bike shop where the mechanics are comfortable talking to you and not condescending. I felt really at ease going there and asking questions--a quality I wish was more common in all bicycle shops. They did great work on my bike! I'd logged 4,000 miles and it was in desperate need of some love.

Matt and Bob went out of their way to give the best possible option for a bike fix, got it done ahead of schedule and went the extra mile to make sure my bike was even better than expected at pickup. They were very knowledgable, very friendly, with professional work done at a good rate. I'd recommend this shop to anyone for bike repair or sale.

The mecanicien did a perfect job in bringing the hydraulic back brake on the back of a Giant expedition traveller back to life. Imported this one from the Netherlands and after putting it back together the brakes did not work so well, was unaware that hydraulic brakes seem to be a hassle in the US.
