They set us up with a day for an appointment to get something checked. They will call us 2 days prior to give us what time the appointment is on that day. However if we can't make the appointment, then need to cancel by 5 days prior to appointment. Because it takes 5 days to prepare for the testing.

We have been to the urgent care here 3 times. I love Portland Clinic. Each time we have been seen pretty quickly. They have lab and radiology on site. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Vallejo was extremely thorough with me and I owe him so much gratitude. Absolutely recommend!

I've had positive experiences in their urgent care multiple times. The staff was empathetic and had a sense of urgency.

I've been with TPC at least a decade and it took a long time to find the right PCP. Anne Marie Paulson is an awesome doctor. She is caring, thorough, and works with me to take care of my myriad of chronic health issues. I've had some bad doctors at the South & downtown offices, but I've had really great doctors as well. I like going there because everything I need is in the same place and I only get 1 medical bill.

Over 1 1/2 hours late getting us in for colonoscopy.  IV was a mess and had to be reworked but would say why when I asked.  “Nothing to worry about”. Not recommended.
