The groomers here are professional, good with the dogs, and great groomers. But they are always so overbooked that it takes 4-6 weeks just to get an appointment, and then an appointment that they promised would take ~2-3 hours typically takes 5-6 because after 4 hours they haven't even started with my dog. I have never had my dog done fewer than two hours after they said he would be ready; and because I don't live that close, that has been a particular inconvenience on a couple occasions. I love the job they do but think I will need to start looking elsewhere for better scheduling.

  The owner and the girls at Proud pooch treat your pets as if they were their own. They are friendly and always willing to try to accomodate your needs. They often stay late in order to provide the best services to you.........You can trust that your pet is  being well taken care of and  they never complain about your pet  and they even put little bandana's on your pooch to fit the seaon or holiday. I would never go anywhere else when I can get the best service here. I highly recommend Kate and her girls. The pet spa with a loving care!!
