"I had a lovely time. As a woman with a disability I never know what to expect when I go to a spa, but everything worked out exceptionally.I called ahead of time to see if I needed to bring my own robe, but was assured (and correctly so) that they would have a shorter robe (I'm a little person) available, and it was. I was also impressed with the adjustable massage table (which I've also never seen before). There was no strange treatment, everyone was extremely professional and halfway through my experience, I had already decided to purchase a massage membership."

I have already referred it to 13 people since yesterday. I liked that the Spa was very welcoming and hospitable. They knew who I was she I came through the door and My first visit had to be at the minimum a year and a half prior. The staff almost strips your layers of stress from you with every moment you stand around and each step you take. It's as if they are guiding you on a path of prominently gradual tranquility.

I had the most relaxing day evert at the red door salon & spa. I had my hair dyed without any intention of getting anything else, but the prices of their spa services were so enticing I ended up getting a full body massage and a foot spa. Fantastic!

We loved all of the staff. The nail technicians’ workspace, front desk, and locker rooms honestly could use an upgrade on the part of the owners. The technicians’ work was, however, truly outstanding, as well as our masseuses’ techniques.

Service is always excellent. But Management may have to rethink the type of chair that your nail technician sits on. I had a pedicure and my nail technician is sitting on this high chair and it made it difficult for her to actually do my pedicure. The chair definitely would ruin your staff’s back in the long run. Please replace the chair. Also, modernize the nail salon. Please add a massage chair and a foot spa with bubbles!
