Our two story location is an urban escape for a therapeutic massage as well as a convenient go-to for express services. The ground floor features a blow dry bar, manicure stations, a fragrance bar, and retail while downstairs boasts a full-service salon and spa, relaxation area, and treatment rooms.

Walking in the door, one immediately feels welcomed. The service staff is attentive and lovely and the salon itself it luxurious and elegant. One feels instantly more posh just being there! Of course all of this would just be set dressing if my stylist, Gretchen, wasn't absolutely brilliant. She asked great questions, really listened to me, and checked in often to make sure that my cut was exactly what I wanted- I didn't feel like she was rushing at all, and she took the time to make me feel perfect. My hair looks amazing and I feel fantastic!

Plush robes, an incredible shower, and a lovely waiting room with snacks and lightly infused water, were just some of the reasons my entire experience at The Red Door was amazing. The massage therapist was professional and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The service was fantastic all around, and I would definitely come back to The Red Door.

Tim is the most attentive and respectful hair stylist! He listens to exactly what I want and cuts my hair in the most perfect way for me. The salon itself is welcoming, clean and goes way above and beyond for its customers. Highly recommend!

"Heather is so wonderful to work with. She understands exactly how to make my hair look it's best. I've been seeing her for 10 years and always look forward to our appointments. She is such an amazing person who has run a school for lower caste women in India who learned hair and beauty, and is now running a training program in Rikers Prison for women to learn hair cutting/styling. She doesn't just help the women with skills, but also empowers them to be confident and learn to get along well with others. "

Good customer service of highly skilled staff. Reasonable prices. Coming in for an eyebrow, and lip wax felt like a mini-vacation (see the relaxation room :) )! Will definitely be coming back.
