they cheat, the promo cards (that they market as gift cards) have expiration dates!

this is a very uncomfortable , website ! , no salons will honor 50 dollar, massages , they expect you to pay the difference !!

These people are criminals!  I did an ad with spa week with my business and they failed to live up to their side of our contract and refused to provide proof that they had.  They took my $600 for a local ad campaign for spa week 2013 and did nothing.  They had poor customer service, ignored my emails and I now have to file a small claims court claim to attempt to get my money back.  What ever you do, don't do business with this company.  They take your money and run.
