They do not care about you, they did not get my plate till months after. Even after they made me drive 2 hours to them to pick it up instead of mailing it. Not only that they put a hold on my tag because I did not show up when they called me to pick it up. I took the time drove there and paid everything and got my plates. Now months after I cannot renew my tag till I drive another 4 hours to pick up a piece of paper saying I paid them. Which they did not give me or tell me about because I was upset about how long the tags took. Did I mention I got a ticked for my tags. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Guys are complete thieves bought a gold car asked the owner and salesman to fix issue with gas being that cover was not present when car was purchased owner and salesman agreeded issue would be fixed, salesman shipped a silver unpainted cover and stated I now have to fix the car rest. Guys are thieves and rude buying from this place you will have regrets. Had to completely replace the entire audio system as per it was destroyed salesman intentionally turned the volume down to ensure speakers would. It be heard. Interior roof liner began to fall off a week after owning the vehicle. Sunroof screwed in place and salesman angel staged it was just Jammed at time of checking out vehicle other than engine im having to completely replace brakes oil fluids lightinging interior work back of sears falling off repair man placed Velcro to back of seats these guys are thieves if your dealing with them don't take no ones word. Get it in writing or it's a waste of your time. Feel free to contact me if you would like pic or proof of accusations.

Very bad people and worst service. They take money from you and run your credit after that they denied you for the car. Some case they offer you another car or ask you for at least 5k down payment. So my suggestion don't spend your time for nothing's.

Rude management.  Stay away from this place. Very bad business.  Having some issues receiving my deposit.  They provided a receipt showing refund was initiated on a Wednesday.  Checked with my bank the following Monday and still no deposit to my account.  Called Repo Store again and was told not to call again, that I had a receipt and should check with my bank.  Manager was extremely rude.

Easily the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Besides lying about the big stuff like the condition of the car (said it was a 9 of 10 but it had bald tires, dead battery, numerous dents/scratches, body work done with drywall screws and scotch tape-- seriously) they even lied about the small stuff (like when car was shipped, when they would mail title, having spare keys, and having the car detailed before shipping-- car actually had bird crap and cat food inside). Just remember, for every one bad post about these guys there are probably 50 unsatisfied customers that just don't bother.  Don't be fooled by these guys. They are an absolute joke.
