I have owned my Kia for over 3 years. I have always had such a wonderful experience with the service department. My service advisor, Hunter, is such a wonderful young man. He is so helpful and answers all my questions and concerns. He makes sure I never have to wait long. If you need any service done make sure you ask for Hunter.

I've been there twice in the past month, and both were wonderful experiences. The first time was for a sensor issue with my car that another dealership had told me was not a problem. Alas, the issue was serious and could have caused me harm. There was a recall on the problem and was covered under warranty! Hunter took care of me and the problem was handled promptly and with kindness and concern. I wish there were more people like him in this world.
  The second time was related to something completely unrelated and he was actually concerned that I was there because the first issue wasn't resolved properly. This experience was also handled promptly and courteously. Thank you to Hunter and this dealership.

Went for an oil change but I needed to have parts replaced.  I was assuming i would have to order the parts and come back.  Not only were the parts in stock they were quickly replaced.  Hunter was my service advisor and he did an excellent job.  He was very helpful and accommodating.

Had a wonderful experience.  Juliette our salesperson and Frank the sales manager helped us find the perfect vehicle for what we needed.  Their professionalism and courtesy was incredible while they did their best to make us feel at home.  I will definitely be buying my next car from them as well because the relationship we made with them made us feel that we were not just another number.  They made the whole experience a great one and am very thankful for that.

Hunter is the best service advisor ever!!!!!!! He is so sweet and he always is so well-mannered!!! Because of hunter I feel comfortable dropping my car off and know that it's in good hands!!! 😎🙂🙂🙂😍 definitely recommend booking your appointment with hunter and him only!!! 😇
