Took my car in for service, being a young woman that's never an easy thing with typical mechanic shops. Everyone was extremely friendly and honest. Jonathan and Frank were fabulous, upfront with all information and even sent me an email detailing information about my car. I was kept in the loop and informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and completed a huge A/C repair within a couple days! I will never go anywhere else! To top it all off they even cleaned my car! First class service! Don't go anywhere else, So happy!

My new repair and maintenance shop for my BMW X6 and 4 series.  The atmosphere is very warming and the service desk is very accommodating.  I didn't have a ride to work so this business uses UBER to take me home and pick me up.  I am very satisfied with the work they performed and they even gave me a report of all the work I need done on my car with pictures.  Very Professional and the prices are reasonable.....so much cheaper than the BMW dealership.

As usual, the service at Foreign Affairs is second to none. Jonathan called more than once to give us the latest update and a time frame as to when parts would arrive, etc.  Jonathan called upon completion of the work to discuss a convenient time for pick-up.  Our Mercedes was ready on time with a wonderful sparkling car wash.  I would say it rained about an hour later. Ha!  So what else is new during the rainy season in Florida? Foreign Affairs never disappoints, we use them frequently.  Foreign Affairs, we love you ..............

I went to this place because of the positive reviews. Was shocked at what happened. I sent Frank an email stating NOT to do any service without my  SIGNED authorization. He ended up doing an alignment  and changing my oil pan without  my authorization. He stated I told him-NO SIGNATURE- to do it and lied right in my face.
My car had a lot of play in the steering and I paid him to get it fixed. Of course it was  slightly better but with significant play. Frank blamed my old car and  stated he would have to do other things at additional cost. I ended  up spending $2400 total for the above with other service( because he kept on finding things)   without satisfaction.
Please learn from my experience there.

Frank Ortiz was wonderful over at Foreign Affairs. He truly cares about his customers well-being and car. Extremely top notch service! 
They are the best foreign car auto shop in South Florida. The only place I go to when I have any questions or issues with my car. Excellent
