I have been going to the Orlando Ritz-Carlton spa for several years. The staff is great and very attentive to my needs. Services are always fantastic. However, I do think the spa is in desperate need of a complete remodel. A few examples include the poor condition of the men's locker and wet areas. There is rust around all the hand bars near the hot tub and cold plunge. The wood in the sauna is severely warped and chunks have either deteriorated or fallen off from the corners of the bench. I'm not certain what is happening with the water heater system, but on more than one occasion, I have been left having to take a cold shower because there is no hot water. Overall, I think the amenities can also improve; however, I think most importantly, the spa needs updates to uphold what I believe is the Ritz-Carlton standard. I really hope this is part of a soon to be executed plan because I know the spa was closed a few weeks ago for quite a bit for a remodel; however, during my visit this week, it doesn't appear like much, if anything, was done. At least not within the men's area. The outside balcony was also closed and repairs were happening in the exterior (which also brought on unwanted noises out by the spa pool), but that's a whole different story!

The spa is fantastic, newly remodeled and is very clean. Spa staff are excellent at making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your day. Shaun, Jamie, and the whole team move mountains for guest requests. We have been visiting the spa for years and are always delighted when we visit. Also, if you get a pedicure ask for Joy, she is the best! A pro tip: if you visit, don't forget the spa Cafe is indoor/outdoor and try the tropical smoothie!

My review is regarding the spa boutique store specifically. There is an employee there named Amie I., and there aren't words to describe her intentionality and impact she has with her customers. I watched her speak with love & empathy that brought two separate customers to actual tears. If more "employees" viewed their "jobs" as divine assignments and recognized the opportunity they have to make a human connection our corporations would truly be marketplace leaders. Amie, you probably don't remember me, but keep your light shining bright- even at work. you are noticed :)

The most amazing girls spa day! They even serve you by the pool just for spa guests... and no kids allowed. So relaxing without getting splashed all over.

I always have the best manicure and pedicure with Claudia Gaedke!!! Best customer service and best professional I know in Orlando. She takes really good care of me and my family, and we all enjoy spending time at the spa before our appointment!
