The front desk receptionist girl or whoever she is I believe her name is jahayra is extremely rude and does not know how to attend customers respectfully and promptly. Instead, she is on her phone even when customers are at the counter. She also needs to be trained better because she happens to not know any of the answers to any questions i had. Please resolve this issue and no management was present to correct their employee. I will not be coming back due to bad customer service!!!!!

I am a loyal customer to this place. As well as my family. I have always made my payments on time, and had been receiving exceptional customer service when the previous manager Sam was there. Recently I went through a situation where I basically had to take a leave from work and had been getting assistance with family due to medical issues with my wife. 
In this case I feel behind. Now that things are starting to get better, I am now making my payments to get back on track. I have been paying weekly to catch up. This past week I got a call from one of the associates telling me that I needed to make a payment because my payment didn't go through. I checked my bank records and it did, however, the manager Arelis, then gets on the phone and was extremely rude!! She tells me that I needed to make a full payment or they would need to come pick up my things. As I was explaining to her the situation and how i'd been making payments, she told me that it was no longer acceptable and that I needed to make the full payment. Now being that my wife had just gotten out of the hospital and now having a new born child, I asked her "So you're saying that my wife who just got out of the hospital, my new born son, and myself would have to sleep on the floor?" and her response was "Yeah basically!" Unsympathetic, no hesitation, and then started to tell me that the payment that was made shouldn't have been accepted and that the associate that took the payment actually got in trouble for accepting that payment. 
First off I get that from a business standpoint, it hurts the business, however looking into my history, again every payment has been paid on time until the hospital stay for my wife. I think that something could have been done to help me in this situation. Secondly, the way that she was talking to me and that comment she made was very inappropriate and definitely damaging to the business and definitely not acceptable from a customer service standpoint. 
If i didn't want to loose out on the money that was already invested in my furniture I would have gladly returned my things and took my business else where. There were a few more things that I need to make my residence complete, but because of the service that is being received from this place, I WILL BE TAKING BY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! I will also no longer refer anyone to this place of business!
