Terrible store, terrible quality of furniture, terrible service!!! Do not finance with them!!! They lie about financial terms. We got dining set for 24 month finance they put us for 12. After paying a year we got a lot of fees and our amount got even more than it was from the beginning. So we overpaid a lot! The didn’t want to help us. Stay away!!!

I highly recommend this store. I purchased a bedroom set with an affordable payment plan. Yvonne was very helpful she gave me options and she succeeded my needs.

Horrible quality furniture that falls apart in a year or less. I also opted for the supposed warranty coverage which they found every angle to deny the claims. Worst furniture experience of my life.

I worked with Ramiz Murad on 6 different occasions at the Room Place in Vernon Hills, IL. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very patient to see my buying decision all the way through each time. Additionally, Ramiz was transparent about all the promotions the store was having and how they worked to ensure I received the best price. See Ramiz when you go to the Room Place in VH.
