Store help is hit or miss. But pray that you do not have any issues with your furniture and Guardsman Insurance. It is a complete joke on both sides as Steinhafels orders the wrong parts which take 4-8 weeks to show up, and then its like pulling teeth to explain to them (Guardsman) that we have the wrong part and then need to wait another 4-8 weeks for the "correct" part. I've been waiting since the end of December to have my sectional recliner fixes and it likely won't be until May the part arrives!! BEWARE!!!!!

No customer Service, I complain here and they answer to send them email, did it and they ignore me. BE AWARE YOU BUYING THE ITEMS AS IS AND NO WARRANTY AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU IF SOMETHING HAPPENED. The goods news that the picture I share here with the damaged mattress  had 1000 views.

Bought entire home furniture in 2012 and after over 5 years, everything is just like new. Great quality products.

Horrible customer service and product as well. We purchase mattress Simmons Beautyrest , after one month mattress sag on one side . Customer service wont even bother to answer my emails, I call to the store on Saturday asking for manager , they took my info and promise the store manager will call me back shortly . Today is Thursday already. No calls no emails. Really , I spent so much money on the mattress  and here I am , cant sleep on my new saggy mattress. Don't send emails to customer service, they not going to help, they do not work for customers, they working for a companies ,who provide bed quality of the furniture . This business is not to satisfy people needs , they are there to satisfy vendors, period.

This store is AWFUL!  The quality of their furniture is terrible and they do not back their products.  We received furniture that was damaged.  We called them back about it and were told that it was not damaged upon delivery and that it was not covered under the warranty that we purchased.  They were not willing to do anything for it so now we are stuck with furniture that looks as though we've had it for 30 years.  I spoke to several people in their customer service department and each one is more rude and unhelpful than the next.  I cannot stress enough that no one should purchase anything from these stores!!!  I only wish I had read their Yelp reviews prior to going there.  The 1 1/2 stars they have are very generous!
