Awesome place! They have selections on everything. Shoes galore, fuel, training/recovery accecories, swim suits and tri tops (no full suits), running clothes... The one thing that threw me off -they have a bathroom! Prices are higher than what should be expected, but everything a cardio junkie would need is in this building.

Took my bike to be serviced by the runners forum and their bike mechanic and received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. At multiple stages of my interaction with the front employees, the mechanic, and the managers I was shocked at their failure to provide even decent service. At first I was told to expect the bike done the following day. 2 days went by so I called the store and they said it would be done the next day. 2 more days went by and I still didn't hear anything. 3 days after they told me if would be done I called the the store only to find out my bike was sitting in the store and nobody was planning on calling me. I also had requested that the mechanic call me before doing any work to talk about the bike and I never received a call. I will never be using the runner's forum for anything ever again and would urge you to seek other options.
