This store has many nice qualities. Like others have said, the music isn't loud, the associates are friendly and prices are reasonable. However the last time I was in there, the store was a complete mess. Clothes were not organized and were thrown onto the shelves. Pants were not organized by style or color, let alone size.

If this store were better organized, we'd return.

Not bad.  The place is pretty well-orgnaized, the music isn't too loud and it is often easy to find good deals.  Sometimes the prices on the display table and the prices on the tags don't match, but that is to be expected of at any store with such large quantity of items displayed from one end to the other end of the store.  Overall, Old Navy as a brand does well in positioning itself in the marketplace and the store atmosphere and the prices of the goods in the store match its brand positioning precisely.

The store was an absolute wreck last Friday.  Clothes were piled up in the corners and dressing rooms.  Clothing was a mess on the shelves and racks of clothing to be shelved were just scattered around.  I did not see one associate even attempting to fix the mess.

Staff was helpful, but I went in at open, like first person in the store. I was less than impressed by the condition of the store. Shelves were a mess, stuff where it didn't belong, etc. It looked like the end of the day on black friday, not a Wednesday morning at open.

Visited here recently to buy some clothes for vacation, and ended up walking out with basically a whole new wardrobe. The prices here are fantastic and the clothes are very comfortable. Would recommend shopping here for any occasion, except a black tie event!
