SUPERB!      A++      WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

What can we say about the Sam Team that wouldn't make you feel like raising an eyebrow, lifting the corner of your mouth making a smirk, puckering your lips, and giving the nod of approval?  Well, this is what I do, AND I squint my eyes while doing it.  You know, the same way you do when a killer Philly Sub is staring at you, with a side of chips at that!!!

The Sam Team has hands down, I mean HANDS DOWN, KENNY ROGERS THE GAMBLER, earned my business and above all my Respect for how they handle their clients.  I am old fashioned and believe that a person is only as good as their word, and if I am told something, and offered a service for something I need, I expect you to follow through.  The Sam Team not only proved to be Reliable, but Trustworthy, and Dependable in every aspect of the process.  

We both Sold our town home, and Bought our new home through them, and the entire process was seamless.  Their in-house processing of paperwork made the selling of your town home as easy as cleaning, emptying the place, and go in and sign.  They handled it all, and made us feel like important clients every step of the way.  THAT IS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  

The Team we worked with, from initial staging, to showing, to negotiations, and final selling were available practically 24x7 and never made us wait for an answer to any of our questions.  

The Agents we work with for Viewing, offering, negotiations, and final closing on our new home were there for us and answered every question we had.  

Communication is key in every part of this, and that was  not lacking at anytime.

I got approved the first week of April to lease a home from this ReMax location. It is now May and I am still unable to move in because they keep telling me the repairs of the home are not done yet, when they promised to be done to move in writhin a week from the day I applied. I've spoken to the manager and the agent in charge. They promised to give me a prompt response and not to give in the deposit just yet and it been weeks. I turned in my home believing their promises of moving in The end April. Their agents don't respond back to my calls and I've left several messages included visited the site. I am not sure if they are just discriminating and refusing to rent to me in particular.  I expect them to keep up with their integrity and lease out the property as promised. If an issue is not resolved this week, I will escalate this further.

My fiancee listed her home with this Real Estate firm. I helped her get the house staged and it was staged very well. 

The firm provided poor advice regarding the list price. There were many showing during the 6 month period and 0 phone calls or feedback from our listing agent. In fact, all of the showing were setup by buyers' agents. 

I have dealt with real estate agents before and would mark this experience as the worst I've ever seen. Additionally, when an e-mail was sent to the firm about how dissatisfied we were, the response from Pearland Sam was a very rude e-mail that included "I'm sorry you made a bad investment". 

I hope others will read this review and look elsewhere for an agent.
