I have been at these apartments for about 8 months. I am very happy with the complex itself as I feel safe and so do my children. The ladies at the office are always pleasant and helpful. They have activities for the residents which is great and a nice way to meet some neighbors. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and they are quick to respond to service requests. The only change I would make is to have better parking options,  maybe 1 assigned per apt. And the washers are a bit expensive. Overall very happy

The staff is usually helpful when needed. The apartments are safe for the most part..haven't had any safety issues so far. Main and major problem is the water is constantly off at least once or twice a week and we always receive emails about it, but people have to shower for work or wash dishes / use the restroom
Do they expect us to hold our pee for hours?..it just happens way too often. Also the parking is never taken care of. Don't expect to find a parking on a Saturday. People who don't have parking stickers always take the parking spots and I rarely see any tow truck or security. I most definitely will not be renewing once my lease is up nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I really love Karina and the manager Shelly. They are so nice! This is my second time living  at these apartments. This time around I had a couple of problems that came up by Karina made sure those things were looked at and fixed the same day. Very happy resident!

Honestly because of the staff I dont like this place, they are there to help you and instead all we get is "I dont know what to tell you". 
One night the guest parking space was full and they towed my car, the next incident was they didnt work 2 days before the rent was due and still charged us late even though we kept calling and they were closed. I wouldn't want to live another year here
