Horrible Experience. I worked with a Realtor in this office called Violet Gonzales, and let me tell you that I have never, EVER, in my real estate career of 10+ years in the field, worked with such an ignorant, rude, and uncaring Realtor. I have sent several offers over to properties that she has for her supposed "clients", Listed and Unlisted. All I ever asked from her was to be upfront with me and if it was a no-go, to let me know. She didn't even have the decency to call me back, or let me know anything about any of my offers. When I called from my cellphone since she had blocked my office phone (because it was ringing once and going to voicemail) she answers and then has no idea who I am or what I offered. If I wasn't the right buyer or my offer wasn't accepted, at least let me know. It is very unfair, not even to me, but to the client that is she representing and trying to sell their homes. She has homes listed still that are going on 100+ days on market and some 350+ days on market! This is ridiculous! Best of all, I called the broker to try to settle this and see what went wrong and what we can do to fix this issue, and he has yet to call me back or let me know anything either. I really expected better from Agents of Century 21 as I have worked with other branches and the transactions could not have gone any smoother.
